Phase 2 / Tier 15 (Throne of Thunder) Best in Slot from the Icy Veins MoP Classic Fire Mage gear guide — uses the page's "Phase 4" table (fully progressed ToT itemization), not its separate "Phase 3" table, which still carries two Tier-14 holdover pieces (Hood/Mantle of the Burning Scroll from Sha of Fear/Lei Shi in Terrace of Endless Spring) alongside ToT drops. Back slot is the Jadefire Drape, a MoP legendary cloak questline reward, not a boss drop. Tier set: Chromatic Hydra line (head/shoulder use the Burning Scroll name here but are sourced from ToT bosses per Icy Veins). Enchants/gems reused from the mop-p3 (Siege of Orgrimmar) list.
