Pre-raid entry point for fresh 90s in the final MoP phase: Celestial Dungeons drop Siege of Orgrimmar Normal-level loot. Icy Veins has no Phase 5 pre-raid table for this spec, so this list is derived from its Phase 5 BiS list — the same items at Normal item level, obtainable via Celestial Dungeons (this mirrors how Icy Veins builds its Phase 5 pre-raid lists for other classes). Enchants and gems match our SoO list (same patch). Draft from Icy Veins MoP Classic guides. ⚠ One or more slots are Throne of Thunder drops that Icy Veins still rates BiS — those do NOT drop in Celestial Dungeons; run ToT for them or use any SoO Normal alternative from the same slot. Rune of Re-Origination (Lei Shen, ToT) is kept because it is dramatically stronger than any SoO alternative.
