Icy Veins has no current Phase 5 pre-raid table for this spec (its pre-raid page still shows the Throne of Thunder-era catch-up list), so this list is derived from its Phase 5 BiS list — the same items at Normal item level, obtainable via Celestial Dungeons (this mirrors how Icy Veins builds its Phase 5 pre-raid lists for other classes).
