Phase 4 (Icecrown Citadel 25 Heroic + The Ruby Sanctum) Best in Slot from the Icy Veins WotLK Classic Combat Rogue gear guide (anchor phase-5-tier-10-best-in-slot). Tier set: Sanctified Shadowblade line. Back is a faction-specific Trial of the Crusader tribute-chest cloak — Icy Veins lists the Alliance version (Vereesa's Dexterity); the Horde equivalent (Sylvanas' Cunning, seen on the hunter guide) is the counterpart. Enchants/gems reused across all three rogue specs.
