Why Feral in Classic?

Minimal downtime with powershifting, strong bleed damage, and bear tanking for safety. Cat form is fast and efficient.

Improved LOTP for heals.
Resto splash: Nature's Focus/Intensity for regen.
Blood Frenzy for bleed damage.

Rotation: Claw/Rake → Rip; Bear swipe tanking for AoE; powershift when low energy if you have mana.

Single Target

Pounce/Ravage opener (if stealthed) → Rake → Shred/Claw → Rip/FB.
Keep Faerie Fire up; heal with Rejuvenation between pulls.
Bear for tough mobs; Maul spam.

AoE

Bear Swipe spam; Demoralizing Roar for mitigation.
Thorns on self; use potions for big pulls.
Bash to control casters.

Survival

Regrowth/Rejuv out of form; Frenzied Regen as bear.
Innervate yourself; bandage while bear tanking with Demo Roar.
