Early (10-29)

Spirit Tap 5/5; Improved SW:Pain; Wand Spec 2/2 (Disc).
Shadow Focus for hit; Mind Flay at 20 is huge.

Mid (30-44)

Shadow Weaving for damage; Vampiric Embrace at 30.
Silence optional for PvP/interrupts.
Shadowform at 40 for big power spike.

Late (45-60)

Improved VE for more healing; Darkness for shadow damage.
Disc splash: Meditation 3/3 for regen while casting.
Finish with Mental Strength/Inner Focus.

Tag with SW:P, keep VE active, Mind Flay/Blast, and wand to finish. Pull 2-3 mobs when geared; maintain Spirit Tap uptime.

Rotation & Playstyle

Standard Pull

PW:S → SW:P → Mind Flay → Wand; add Mind Blast on cooldown.
Add Devouring Plague (undead) or rank-appropriate DP when available.
Keep VE up on main target for passive healing.

Multi-Pull

Dot 2-3 mobs with SW:P; VE healing sustains you.
Psychic Scream to create space; Mind Flay to slow.
Use Inner Focus + Mind Blast for big crits when safe.

Survival

Fade to drop threat in dungeons; PW:S before heavy hits.
Desperate Prayer (racial) for instant heal; use bandages between pulls.
Shadowform reduces physical damage—stay in it.

Single Target

VT → SW:P → Mind Blast → Mind Flay filler.
Keep VE up; use Shadowfiend on longer fights.
Wand if low mana; refresh VT/SW:P only when expiring.

Multi-Target

SW:P on 2-3 targets; VT on priority target.
Mind Sear not available—use Mind Flay cleave via clipping if needed.
Psychic Scream to reset; VE heals through damage.

Utility

Mana battery: VT returns mana to party—keep it up.
Silence/Interrupt casters; Shackle Undead in some dungeons.
Dispels and Fear Ward add huge value.
